I still have a long way to go

My journey so far hasn’t been easy, I had a rough start and I tend to hit difficult times, but with each stumble, I’ve been able to get up and keep going. I don’t feel deprived as I’m able to eat in the evening and I’m still enjoying the foods that I really enjoy, with no boxed or frozen meals that taste like the cardboard they’re packaged in for me. Best of all, my golf swing has improved because, with the weight loss, it’s easier to find my center of balance.
